Jason Coles, our founder, had a thriving career managing a parking garage in Center City Philadelphia. However, when the pandemic hit and businesses shuttered, the parking garage began to face significant financial challenges. Despite this setback, Jason saw an opportunity for a new chapter in his professional life. He decided to invest his severance pay and became a part of JanPro, a renowned commercial cleaning franchise.

Jason’s journey into the cleaning industry was no accident. His experience in running environmental services for a hospital and nursing home had instilled in him a deep appreciation for cleanliness, health, and a well-maintained environment. This background, coupled with his business acumen, laid the foundation for Called To Clean LLC.
